To adapt to the constant changing of market conditions, a leading department store decided to change its business model from a shopping mall styled business and so they consulted with us.
We used our full consultation package. We helped them improve their headquarters as well as advised them regarding their franchise contracts. We looked at their business strategies and implemented changes. This department store company was known for having, within its own stores, smaller specialized stores, for example bicycle stores. One significant change made following our work with them was the separation of these specialized stores from the main stores. These specialized stores were then converted and now run as a chain store brand.
